1. Non-Custodial Core Architecture

Nexsol is designed from the ground up as a decentralized, non-custodial Web3 application for the Solana ecosystem. Unlike traditional centralized exchanges or financial platforms, Nexsol does NOT hold, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, recovery passwords, or custodial funds. Every transaction—from deploying a new SPL token to revoking mint authority or funding a Raydium liquidity pool—is created locally in your browser and signed exclusively by your connected Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare). Because we do not hold your private keys, we can never move your tokens, access your wallet balance, or recover a lost wallet on your behalf.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We believe in privacy-preserving Web3 principles. When you interact with Nexsol, we strictly avoid harvesting unnecessary personal data: • No Government IDs or Passports: We do not perform KYC (Know Your Customer) or require personal identity verification to use our token creator or launchpad. • No Bank Account or Card Details: We never request credit card numbers, debit cards, or traditional banking credentials. All platform interactions take place via native Solana (SOL) and SPL tokens. • No Private Key or Password Storage: Your wallet extension securely handles cryptographic operations. Your secret recovery phrase never leaves your local device.

3. Information We Process & Collect

To provide our services, maintain security, and assist users, we process the following categories of information: • Public Blockchain Data: When you connect your wallet, your public wallet address (public key) is used to query on-chain balances, detect deployed tokens, and sign transactions. Public addresses, transaction signatures, and SPL token mint addresses are inherently public on the Solana blockchain. • User-Submitted Token Metadata: When deploying a token, you voluntarily provide token names, tickers/symbols, descriptions, and optional social links (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, website). These are packaged into an open metadata standard and uploaded to decentralized storage (IPFS) and our token directory. • Support & Help Desk Communications: If you voluntarily contact us via our Support Form or email, we collect your name, email address, message details, and any optional transaction hash you provide to assist in resolving your inquiry. • Performance & Telemetry: We collect anonymous technical telemetry (e.g. browser type, operating system, RPC latency, and anonymized performance metrics via Vercel Analytics) strictly to optimize page speed, resolve network congestion bottlenecks, and prevent interface errors.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Decentralized Storage

Nexsol relies on trusted Web3 infrastructure and decentralized protocols: • Solana RPC Providers: Interactions with the Solana network are broadcast via reliable RPC providers (e.g., Helius, QuickNode, or public Solana Foundation RPCs). RPC nodes process your public transaction requests in accordance with standard network operations. • IPFS & Pinata: Token logos and metadata JSON files are pinned onto IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) through Pinata. Content hosted on IPFS is immutable, content-addressed, and publicly discoverable across the decentralized web. • Supabase Cloud Database: We maintain a fast public token index and support ticketing system using Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled. Public token records allow the marketplace and explorer to load instantly without RPC rate-limiting. • Decentralized Exchanges (Raydium, Jupiter): Automated Market Maker (AMM) interactions connect directly to on-chain smart contract programs on Solana.

5. Crucial Web3 Notice: Blockchain Immutability

Please note that the Solana blockchain is an immutable, distributed, and permanent public ledger. Once a token is created, an authority is revoked, or a transaction is confirmed on-chain, that data cannot be modified, edited, hidden, or deleted by Nexsol, its developers, or any single entity. By using our interface, you acknowledge and agree that on-chain data is permanent and globally accessible.

6. Local Storage & Cookies

Nexsol does not utilize invasive third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. We utilize browser localStorage exclusively to provide a seamless user experience on your device, including: • Remembering your user interface preferences (such as theme and compact views). • Locally caching your recent token searches, watchlist tokens, and generated support ticket IDs. • Storing your recent in-session transaction hashes for real-time status feeds. You can clear your browser's local storage or cookies at any time via your browser settings.

7. Data Security Measures

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect the integrity of our platform: • HTTPS & TLS 1.3 Encryption: All communications between your client device and our servers are encrypted in transit. • Client-Side Cryptographic Execution: Transaction building and signing occur strictly in your client environment. Sensitive signature parameters are never sent to external servers. • Row-Level Security (RLS): Database interactions follow strict least-privilege principles, preventing unauthorized modifications.

8. User Privacy Rights (GDPR & Global Standards)

Regardless of your geographic location, we respect your rights regarding off-chain personal data: • Right to Access: You may request details of any personal information (such as support ticket correspondence) we hold associated with your email. • Right to Rectification / Deletion: You may request the deletion of your off-chain support tickets or contact records at any time. • Note Regarding On-Chain Data: Due to the mathematical and consensus structure of blockchain protocols, neither you nor Nexsol can alter or delete confirmed on-chain transactions or token mints.

9. Children's Privacy

Nexsol is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please notify our support team immediately.

10. Policy Updates & Inquiries

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical improvements, platform enhancements, or regulatory developments. Any revisions will be published here with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. If you have questions, privacy requests, or feedback regarding our privacy practices, please contact us through our official Support Desk or community channels.
