Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 31, 2026 • Standard Web3 Non-Custodial Software Terms

Important Web3 Notice

Nexsol is a non-custodial decentralized application. Always verify transaction signatures in your wallet. Never share your secret recovery phrase with anyone.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nexsol platform, website, or decentralized applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. Nexsol provides a self-service, non-custodial software interface that allows users to interact with the Solana blockchain, generate SPL token metadata, and interact with third-party decentralized exchanges including Raydium.

2. Non-Custodial Web3 Service

Nexsol is strictly a non-custodial software provider. We do not store, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, digital assets, or crypto wallets. Every transaction generated by our interface is executed entirely on your local device and must be cryptographically signed by your personal wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare). You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials and inspecting transaction details before signing.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

The information, tools, and software provided on Nexsol are for informational and technical utility purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, endorsement of any cryptocurrency, or legal advice. Creating, trading, or holding cryptographic tokens involves substantial risk of loss. You should consult independent legal and financial professionals before launching any token economy.

4. Blockchain & Smart Contract Risks

Transactions on the Solana blockchain are immutable and irreversible. Nexsol does not control the Solana blockchain network, Metaplex smart contracts, or Raydium Automated Market Maker (AMM) protocols. By using this platform, you acknowledge that blockchain transactions may fail due to network congestion, RPC latency, or insufficient SOL for rent/gas fees, and that Nexsol is not liable for any failed transactions or protocol-level bugs.

5. User Responsibilities & Regulatory Compliance

You agree that you will not use Nexsol to create tokens for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes, including rug pulls, scam distributions, securities violations, or money laundering. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your token creation, distribution, and liquidity launch comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

6. Platform Fees & Network Gas

Token creation on Nexsol incurs a 0.02 SOL platform creation fee in addition to standard Solana network rent and gas (~0.04 SOL total cost), plus a 2% token supply bonus minted to the platform fee wallet. Creating a liquidity pool on Raydium incurs a 1% platform fee on total liquidity. All fee amounts are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation in your wallet. Once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property & Software License

The Nexsol interface, brand names, graphics, and proprietary frontend code are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain full ownership over the tokens, metadata, and logos they deploy onto the Solana blockchain using our tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexsol and its developers, contributors, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, tokens, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Services.

If you have any questions regarding these terms or protocol compliance, please visit our Q&A / FAQ page or check the official Solana Documentation.
